AEP assists companies through a number of services, aimed at meeting the specific needs identified by the technical teams or by input provided by the companies it represents.

Via Verde para a Imigração (Regulated Labour Migration Fast-Track)
AEP offers companies the Via Verde para a Imigração service as a structured mechanism to support regulated labour migration, acting as a business entity that has signed the Cooperation Protocol for Regulated Labour Migration.
This service functions as a centralised channel of support for companies, ensuring the receipt of expressions of interest, the assessment of the suitability of the employer and the preparation, validation and submission of the necessary documentation for visa applications, in coordination with the relevant public authorities.
Through this service, the AEP monitors the entire process in an integrated and expeditious manner, complementing its support with recruitment and selection services for workers in their country of origin and with professional training and Portuguese language learning initiatives, always ensuring compliance with the legal, procedural and ethical requirements set out in the protocol.
